Julia Bishop, IIDA, was a licensed interior designer in Texas and has maintained The Gambit, a consulting business, there since 1972, together with client services in Ashe Co. and in Asheville, NC. In addition to complete interior design services, she offers space planning and construction consultation. Among suppliers represented are F. Schumacher, Robert Allen and Norbar fabrics with samples on hand for special order and New River Artisans custom rugs with some stock available. Product can be ordered by request from 'To the Trade' fabric, accessory, or furniture houses.
